Job description:

• Manage all inbound communications, responding to calls, emails, and inquiries promptly to schedule appointments with potential sellers. • Proactively engage in outbound calls to follow up on online lead sources and maximize conversion opportunities. • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, agents, and investors to continually expand deal opportunities. • Oversee and coordinate due diligence tasks, including property inspections, appraisals, and necessary assessments to support acquisitions. • Track, analyze, and report lead performance to leadership, ensuring transparency and efficient pipeline management. • Stay up to date on market trends, zoning regulations, and local laws to identify profitable investment opportunities. • Collaborate with experienced real estate investors to refine lead management strategies and optimize deal flow. Responsibilities: • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound calls and inquiries from marketing efforts such as direct mail, online ads, and other lead-generation campaigns. • Proactively call and follow up on online lead sources, ensuring no opportunities are missed. • Monitor, track, and report lead conversion metrics, providing insights on performance and areas for improvement. • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with property owners, brokers, and agents to generate new investment opportunities. • Conduct market research and due diligence to evaluate property values and forecast potential ROI. • Work closely with the finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth transactions from lead to acquisition. • Fully document all interactions within the company CRM system to maintain accurate and organized records. • Ensure a smooth handoff to the Acquisitions Manager, effectively transitioning qualified leads. • Earn a competitive salary of $825 per 40-hour work week, plus bonuses on acquisition and disposition. Qualifications: • Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, or a related field. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, set appointments, and address inquiries with confidence. • Strong negotiation skills, for the ability to connect with people and set appointments. • Strong relationship-building skills, fostering connections with sellers, agents, brokers, and internal teams. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and document transactions efficiently. • Proactive problem solver, capable of identifying roadblocks and implementing actionable solutions. • Collaborates effectively with the team, engaging in daily Slack communication to ensure alignment and smooth workflows. • Strong phone presence, able to quickly build rapport and project confidence in conversations with potential sellers. • Self-motivated and driven, taking initiative to own the role, seek opportunities, and contribute to company growth.
