Job description: We are keen to speak to Real Estate Partner ideally with a sector focus, who are interested in being part of a brand new offering to the Guildford and Surrey market. You will be either a Real Estate Partner with a proven track record and client following, or an aspiring Real Estate Partner with a client base you are looking to develop with investment and support. This is a brand new offering to the Guildford and Surrey market and so we are looking to speak to anchor Partners who want to be part of a new office opening, in real estate.This firm has a strong sector focus and is looking to grow with the addition of a Real Estate Partner ideally also with a strong sector focus. Current sectors which this firm is working within include retail, consumer, energy, developer. This practice would also be keen to speak to Real Estate Partners with a business case in Islamic Finance. The firm is already recognised within the Legal 500 for the Real Estate work they do, with many individuals being recognised as leading and within Chambers.You will need to be a Real Estate Partner looking to be part of a brand new offering in Guildford and Surrey, and be keen be part of something very exciting. The opportunity is perfect for Real Estate Partners or aspiring Partners who are keen to get stuck into growing something, who have an entrepreneurial spirit and flare and who are very active when it comes to business development and marketing.
