Job description: Real Estate Program Manager in ATL or CA.JD:Immediately hiring for a Program Manager.Position type: ContractDuration: 4 months potential contract to hireLocation: Atlanta, GA or Pleasanton, CAAs an Program Manager you will:In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of global, large-scale real estate programs, driving collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of real estate programs, including site acquisitions, development projects, portfolio management, and facility optimization.Align program goals with organizational objectives, ensuring projects deliver maximum value.Provide strategic guidance on long-term real estate planning, market analysis, and investment strategies.Oversee program schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to established timelines and financial goals.Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to resolve challenges effectively.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.12+ years of experience managing large-scale real estate programs, including acquisitions, development, and portfolio management.Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics, financial modeling, and property management.Proven expertise in program and project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.Pluses:Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related discipline.Certifications such as PMP, CCIM, or LEED AP.Experience with global real estate portfolios and navigating international markets.Proficiency in real estate management software and analytics tools
