Job description: We’re searching for a diligent assistant for a real estate sales team. You’ll be responsible for assisting in marketing campaigns, preparation of properties for the market, staff team and client events, and other administrative tasks. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, have an eye for design and details, be interested in real estate and interior design, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management. • Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team
• Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness
• Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration
• Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed
• Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough

Qualifications:

• Communicates well, both verbally and written
• Weekend and evening availability
• Either already has or is working towards real estate license
• Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
• Must have high school diploma or GED
