Job description: This Top UK law firm and truly global Real Estate practice is looking to grow its Scottish Real Estate team in Scotland and is keen to speak to Senior Associates (minimum of 7 years PQE).The team currently provide a complete range of Real Estate services to a variety of clients across national and international jurisdictions.You will work across; developments, investments, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, retail and structured investments and also be involved in real estates finance, construction and property litigation matters.Ideally you will have gained experience in:

• Development and infrastructure projects.
• Investment-based disposals and acquisitions (including corporate share acquisitions).
• Working with a project team including construction and planning colleagues.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial real estate documents such as sale/purchase contracts, easements, licences and agreements for lease.
• Dealing with real estate due diligence requirements such as the preparation/review of certificates/reports on title.
• Carrying out asset management and portfolio management work.
