Job description: The OpportunityA fortune 500 telecommunications company seeks a Real Estate Specialist in Houston, Texas, Charlotte, NC or Canonsburg, PA. The position is hybrid: Tuesday through Thursday onsite and Monday and Friday are optional WFH days. This is a temporary assignment expected to last at least 12 months, possibly longer. The hourly rate is up to $40 plus benefits.Primary DutiesThe Real Estate Specialist (RES) will be responsible for managing and facilitating real estate transactions related to the company’s assets, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of critical deliverables. This role involves reviewing and interpreting real estate documents, negotiating consents, and addressing issues to support efficient installations and marketing of towers. The RES will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to minimize risk, meet operational goals, and ensure contract fulfillment while adhering to corporate policies.
