• Lead and mentor a team of community managers, providing training and career development opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to board members.
• Oversee seamless onboarding for new clients and smooth management transitions.
• Drive key performance metrics, including client retention and profitability.
• Utilize company tools and technology to streamline property management processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large, complex accounts with multiple clients and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coach teams, drive change, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ability to analyze challenges, make effective decisions, and implement strategic solutions.
• Background in property management, construction, hospitality, or operations, with relevant certifications preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
