You will work with a team of professionals when handling residential closings for the clients of our firm. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate looking to start a career in residential real-estate law. You will be responsible for closing real estate transactions, and communicating with clients, lenders, brokers and title companies. Hankin & Pack Attorneys are detail oriented, organized, possess superior interpersonal skills and are able to handle a high number of closings daily.Responsibilities:

• Reviewing closing documents for accuracy and legal sufficiency
• Conduct residential real estate closings involving lenders, buyers and sellers
• Must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia
• Complete a thorough review of each assigned title search.
• Hold either a current appointment as a Georgia Notary Public or the ability to obtain such qualification prior to starting work
• Must be comfortable interacting with clients tactfully in high-pressure customer service situation
• Title curative
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• JD from accredited Law School
• Georgia bar license required
• One or more years of residential real-estate law experience preferred but not required.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
