Job DescriptionThe Senior Analyst, Investments and Capital Markets will play a key role in underwriting, analyzing, and executing real estate investment opportunities while supporting capital markets activities at T5. This individual will focus on financial modeling, market research, due diligence, and transaction execution to drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in real estate finance and a keen interest in the evolving data center market.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting for acquisitions, developments, and dispositions, with a focus on data center assets.
• Build and maintain complex financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis) to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Support capital raising efforts, including structuring and analyzing debt and equity financing.
• Conduct market research to assess trends in the data center industry, including supply-demand dynamics, tenant requirements, and competitive positioning.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal committees and external investors.
• Assist with asset management functions, including tracking financial performance, lease negotiations, and value optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external advisors, and joint venture partners to facilitate successful investment execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; CFA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience in real estate investment banking, private equity, investment sales, or valuation analysis.

Additional InformationKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPENTECIES

• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with Yardi, NetSuite, and other real estate analytics tools preferred.
• Experience underwriting real estate assets, preferably in the data center, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
• Knowledge of capital markets, financing structures, and transaction execution.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
