• Provide strategic counsel on land use, zoning, and real estate development matters.
• Draft and negotiate agreements related to real estate acquisitions, entitlements, and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with public agencies, private developers, and stakeholders on innovative and sustainable land use strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in real estate and/or land use law.
• Proven expertise in complex real estate transactions, zoning, and regulatory matters.
• Exceptional legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law.
