Pay Range: $100 – $120 Per HourJob Summary:
Seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with a strong foundation in Capital Markets and an educational background in finance, holding qualifications such as an MBA, Economics/Finance Degree, or certifications like CSC, CPH, CIM, or CFA. The ideal candidate should be experienced in operational aspects and financial instruments/processes within Capital Markets, including but not limited to CDS, DTC, Collateral Management, and Repos. This role requires an articulate self-starter capable of independently conducting research, drafting requirements, and obtaining sign-off from business stakeholders without precise guidance.Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and articulate clear requirements, envisioning both current and future state solutions.
• Independently conduct research to gather necessary information and draft documents.
• Achieve sign-off from business stakeholders for drafted documents and proposed solutions.
• Utilize deep Capital Markets knowledge to assess needs and propose actionable solutions.
• Work autonomously, acting as a bridge between theory and practical operational application within the financial sector.

Must-have Skills:

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Capital Markets products and processes.
• Formal education or certifications in finance (e.g., MBA, Economics/Finance Degree, CSC, CPH, CIM, CFA).
• Proven ability to conduct research independently, draft requirement documents, and secure stakeholder sign-off.

Industry Experience:

• Prior experience in the Capital Markets sector, with a focus on operational roles and financial instruments, is crucial for this role.
