The Senior Financial Analyst will assist clients in optimizing their real estate strategies by developing comprehensive financial models, conducting research, and performing analysis of leases, proposals, and client portfolios.In this role, you will…Work autonomously to analyze, underwrite and forecast property cash flows and valuations using excel spreadsheet analysis and performs complex modeling for Multi-Family sector.Prepare market analysis reports for senior leadership, including vacancy, absorption and comparable rents and sales.Organize and present data analysis, draw objective conclusions and make recommendations to leadership.Conduct purchasing, Multi-Family space acquisition and negotiate vendor contractsParticipate in the annual budget and quarterly reforecasting processesDevelop financial cash flow models and perform financial analysis to support transaction management on a project-by-project basisOptimize client’s real estate strategy by providing customized analysis to better illustrate different real estate scenariosProvide support for client presentations, responses to RFPs, and new business pitches.What you’ll bring2-4 years’ experience in real estate, capital markets or corporate finance.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelCommercial Real Estate experience needed.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related area.​Experience developing cash flow models and in-depth financial analysis#LI-EH1
