We are seeking a Staff Accountant to handle financial reporting, month-end close, and property accounting for a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial assets. What You’ll Do:

• Record journal entries, oversee month-end close, and prepare financial statements
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including vendor payments and tenant charge tracking
• Assist in budget preparation and financial performance monitoring
• Utilize Appfolio & Excel for property accounting and financial analysis
• Support audit processes, 1099 preparation, and vendor compliance

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience (real estate or property management preferred)
• Proficiency in AppFolio, Excel, and accounting software
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting is a plus
