• Earn up to $85,000/year
• 5%-10% annual performance bonus

What You’ll Do:

• Record journal entries, oversee month-end close, and prepare financial statements
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and tenant charge tracking
• Assist in budgeting, financial performance tracking, and audit processes

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience (real estate or property management preferred)
• Proficiency in Appfolio, Excel, and accounting software
