Prologis Ventures invests in logistics innovation and technology companies to modernize supply chains worldwide.Job Title: VP, Real Estate Operations AccountingCompany:PrologisVice President, Real Estate Operations Accounting / Denver, COA day in the lifeAs a key member of our Global Accounting leadership team, the Vice President, Real Estate Operations Accounting is responsible for leading a high-performing team of 60+ accounting professionals overseeing all aspects of U.S. real estate operations accounting, including property level accounting for approximately 8,000 leases, accounts receivable and accounts payable.This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader with a strong financial acumen, who excels in mentoring, developing talent, and driving accountability while ensuring operational excellence. Accuracy and integrity in accounting are non-negotiable, as the financial data managed by this team serves as the foundation for business decisions, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be deeply knowledgeable in GAAP, passionate about optimizing processes, empowering teams, and enforcing rigorous accounting standards.Additionally, this leader will foster cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless financial operations and delivering exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders. Hiring Salary Range of: $180,000 – $250,000.
